What limits do you place on the material that you host? We cannot allow illegal material to be hosted on our servers. We also dislike and forbid our servers to be used to send bulk email or SPAM email. Please read our Acceptable Use Policy for more information. What services don't you support? We do not support the following services: Cold Fusion, Streaming Audio or Video, Telnet, or SSH access. What is your cancellation policy? For your security and protection, cancellation of services must be received from your Account Management Control. If you cannot access your control panel, please send us an email containing your account username and password. Cancellations are effective within 24 hours and once carried out can not usually be reversed, so remember to make a copy of your site content before sending the cancellation notice. Do you offer a money back guarantee? Yes, we offer an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee when you cancel the service before the 31st day of activation. This guarantee does not apply if we cancel your service "for cause" or for violating our Acceptable Use Policy. As a special offer, we provide you with a free domain name with your order; however, if you cancel within 30 days of a new service and selected a domain name as part of our special offer, you will be required to pay for that domain name at the current market value. New domain names take up to 72 hours before they are recognized on the Internet. Do I get a static IP address with my hosting account? No, you are given a shared IP address.
