Can I pay monthly?
Yes, monthly payment must be made by credit card only; this keeps our web hosting at such a rock bottom price.

Can I pay by check?
Yes, but only if you are paying annually. We can accept Check-by-Phone payment by calling (877) 261-3602 or make the check payable to "Small Merchant Services, Inc." And mail to:

Please include your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the package level you are applying for. Your account cannot be established until payment has been cleared by our bank. Once that has happened, we will setup and notify you by phone or email of the activation. This process may take up to 2 weeks, so we recommend paying by credit card.

How do I change my account information?
You can change your contact, billing, and other account information securely on our account update form.

Why should I maintain current contact information?
This contact information is our only method for reaching you for account notifications and or any other important issues. If your email address, postal address, telephone number, or credit card information changes, please modify your information using the Account Management Control. Instantfame is not responsible for maintaining this information for you.
